Common Diagnostic Requests:
Diagnostic Scan
A scan to check for any onboard diagnostic trouble / error code signals pant and present that have been generated. It also allows monitoring of live data and individual component testing.
Pressure Test
Used to pressurise and pinpoint any cooling system leaks without being required to run the engine. This allows a workable assessment space and protects against further damage.
Smoke Machine

If the concern is more complex, or requires the use of specialty tools or equipment, our qualified technicians will explain to you what testing procedures are required and why they recommend this process of diagnosis.
The average cost of a car diagnostic service ranges from $35 to $300, with the final price varying dependent on the complexity of the test and on the complexity of your vehicle model.

A vehicle diagnostic can range anywhere from 20minutes to 3+ hours depending on the concern and testing required. In some circumstances the diagnostic may require a vehicle to be started, ran to temperature, then allowed to cool down completed before retesting a concern.
